About Aprubo

Aprubo is an online digital learning and practice tool designed to help English learners prepare for the CELPIP Speaking test.

The service currently provides simulated CELPIP Speaking tasks, allowing users to practice spoken responses and receive AI-assisted feedback and performance estimates.

Aprubo is a preparation tool only. It does not administer the official CELPIP test and does not issue official CELPIP scores or results.

Aprubo is independent from CELPIP and Paragon Testing Enterprises. CELPIP is a trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to enter into an agreement in your country or jurisdiction to purchase and use the service.

If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Accounts and Access

Some features may be available without an account, while certain features may require you to provide an email address or create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account information secure.

Access to paid features is provided after successful payment confirmation.

Purchases

Aprubo may offer paid digital products or features.

The current paid product is a one-time purchase that unlocks access to the complete Speaking Set described on our Pricing page.

Prices are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a purchase does not create a recurring subscription or recurring payment obligation.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as Merchant of Record for the transaction.

Digital Delivery

Aprubo is a digital product delivered online.

After a successful purchase, access to the purchased features is provided electronically through the service.

Because the product is delivered digitally, you are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and supported browser.

Speaking Practice and Performance Estimates

Aprubo is designed for practice and preparation.

Any feedback, analysis, score estimate or performance indication provided by the service is generated or calculated for practice purposes.

These estimates are not official CELPIP scores and should not be treated as a prediction or guarantee of your result on the official CELPIP test.

We do not guarantee that using Aprubo will result in a particular CELPIP score, CLB level, immigration outcome or other result.

User Recordings

When you use speaking features, you may provide audio recordings of your voice.

You grant us permission to process those recordings solely as necessary to provide the speaking practice, analysis, feedback and related functionality of the service.

Information about how recordings and other personal data are handled is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
• copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute the product or its content without permission;
• use automated methods to access the service in a way that could damage or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, interface, text, content, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Aprubo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased product for your own learning and preparation.

It does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, authentication, analytics, artificial intelligence or other technical services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Availability

We aim to keep Aprubo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates or technical reasons.

Disclaimer

Aprubo is provided as a preparation and practice resource.

It does not replace the official CELPIP test, official CELPIP preparation materials or professional advice relating to immigration or language certification.

We do not guarantee any particular test score, immigration result, admission, employment outcome or other result from using the service.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Where applicable law provides consumers with mandatory rights, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory laws that apply to you.

Where permitted by applicable law, the laws applicable to the provider’s place of establishment will govern these Terms.
